NCAA Apartmentalize 2025 - Screen Printing Pop-up Event
This bespoke solution was a great opportunity to tackle a unique design problem. The client was running a live screen-printing promotional event at a conference. They needed something that would work as both an order form and a branded band to wrap the shirt in before returning to the customer. Ideally, the recipient would be able to tell which shirt was theirs by their personalized order slip, much like a drink at a Coffee Shop. On the B2B side, sponsors of the event needed a prominent place to show their logos.

This led to a long design with an unconventional hierarchy. Guests select their options from the field on the left. When the finished shirt is folded, the central panel reading, “Designed By” is prominently visible, with the order form and vertical text wrapping the sides. The back is adhesive, adhering to itself around the printed t-shirt, resulting in a professional and clean finish to the product.
Visual guidance was provided by the Apartmentalize conference for text, colors, and certain graphic elements. Since this conference had a focus on renovation and upgrades, this design incorporated a patina and more “DIY” feel to it.
